Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 7 October 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are the agreement between you (“you”, the business or person using Nexsora) and SHENZEE Tech (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, starting a free trial, paying for a plan or otherwise using Nexsora, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
Nexsora is cloud software for shops and businesses: point of sale, stock, purchases, invoices, contacts, reports and related modules, delivered through a web browser. Which modules and how many shops, users and products you get depends on the plan you choose.
We may improve, change or retire features from time to time. If we remove a paid feature in a way that matters to you, we will tell you in advance.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract, or be acting for a business that is.
- Give us correct information and keep it up to date, including your email address and WhatsApp/phone number.
- You are responsible for your password and for everything done under your account, including by staff you invite. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
- Give your staff only the roles and permissions they need. Each business’s data is separate from every other business’s data.
3. Free trial
New businesses may receive a free trial (the length is shown on our website when one is offered). No card is needed to start. When the trial ends you must choose and pay for a plan to keep full access. We do not delete your data just because a trial ends.
4. Plans, prices and payment
- Prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless stated otherwise, per plan, per billing period (monthly or yearly), and are shown on our website. Any taxes that apply by law are added or included as stated at the time of purchase.
- You can pay by bank transfer or deposit using the instructions in your Billing page, and by card or other online methods through our payment gateway once available. After we confirm your payment we extend your subscription from its expiry date.
- Card and online payments are processed by our payment gateway provider. We never see or store your full card number or security code.
- Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless you have agreed to a recurring payment. We send reminders before your plan expires; you renew by paying for the next period.
- Offer codes, discounts and waive-offs apply only on the terms stated when they are issued (plan, dates, number of uses). They cannot be exchanged for cash and we may withdraw them if they are misused.
- We may change prices for future periods. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice, and the new price applies from your next renewal. The price you have already paid for a period never changes.
5. Late payment and expiry
If a subscription expires, you get a short grace period (shown in your Billing page, normally a few days) with full access and warnings. After that, access may be limited or the account suspended until payment is confirmed. Your data is not deleted because a payment is late, and full access returns as soon as payment is confirmed.
6. Refunds and cancellation
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Your data
- You own your business data (products, sales, customers, invoices and so on). We only use it to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter, and for having the right to store your customers’ details with us.
- You can export your main data (for example product and sales lists as CSV) from the app at any time. If you close your account, we keep your data for 30 days so you can ask for an export, then delete or anonymise it, except where the law requires us to keep records.
- We take regular backups, but you should also keep your own copies of anything critical.
8. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use Nexsora for anything unlawful, fraudulent or misleading, or to sell prohibited goods;
- try to break into, overload, copy or reverse-engineer the service, or access another business’s data;
- send spam or unlawful messages through the SMS/WhatsApp features;
- resell or share your account with another business without our written permission.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, after warning you where it is reasonable to do so.
9. Messaging features
If you use SMS or WhatsApp sending, you are responsible for having your customers’ permission to message them and for following the rules of the messaging providers and Sri Lankan law. Message charges, if any, are stated in your plan.
10. Availability and support
We work hard to keep Nexsora available and secure, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, and some things (internet, power, mobile networks, payment gateways, hosting providers) are outside our control. Support is provided by email and WhatsApp during normal business hours in Sri Lanka.
11. Intellectual property
The Nexsora software, design, name and logo belong to SHENZEE Tech. We give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your subscription is active. Your own logos, product names and content stay yours, and you allow us to display them as needed to run the service for you.
12. Limits of our responsibility
- The service is provided “as is”. Reports and calculations (for example profit, tax or stock values) depend on the data entered, so please check them before relying on them for tax, legal or financial decisions.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as lost profit or lost business), and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the event that caused the claim.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or any right you have under Sri Lankan law that cannot be waived.
13. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Nexsora at any time (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy). We may end or suspend your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if a payment is reversed or disputed in bad faith, or if the law requires it. Sections that by their nature should continue (for example payment owed, data, limits of responsibility and governing law) continue after the agreement ends.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When the change is important we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Nexsora after the change means you accept the updated Terms. The “last updated” date is at the top of this page.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, including the Electronic Transactions Act, No. 19 of 2006. Please contact us first so we can try to settle any problem informally. If we cannot, the courts of Sri Lanka (Colombo) have jurisdiction.
